We need 45min to 1hr before your event to set up. If there are any restrictions that may delay the set up time (i.e. stairs, lack of parking, etc), please let us know prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly.
Absolutely, if the weather permits. We do require shading or tent to keep the equipment not too hot for your little ones.
We will not set up outdoors if the weather is forecast to rain. This will be unsafe for your little ones. In case of bad weather on the day of the event and if there are no alternative indoor location to set up, we can only provide a credit for a future event.
Absolutely! We want to provide the cleanest and safest Play area for your little ones therefore we use a safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down both setup and breakdown of the area. The balls in the ball pit are sterilized prior to each event.
Totzone reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made more than 2 weeks notice, you will receive a full refund.
No, all travelling fee is included with all the packages for all Calgary area.
There is a late collection fee of $70 for any collections after 8PM.
Booking is easy. Use the reservation request form and let us know the date, time, venue and type of area you want to rent for your event. We will contact you within 24 hours. We require a 25% deposit booking fee to secure the date. The remaining balance is due one day prior to the event. If you wish to pay in full before then, let us know. We are looking forward to serving you at your event.
